By accessing or using the services provided by Tru Electric ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our electrical services, whether residential or commercial.
Tru Electric provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:
All services are performed by licensed and insured electricians in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Service requests may be submitted through our website, phone, or email. All requests are subject to our availability and acceptance.
We provide estimates for electrical work based on the information provided. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. Any significant changes to the estimated cost will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.
Emergency electrical services may be subject to additional charges due to after-hours or expedited service requirements.
We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, credit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Tru Electric reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency situations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We stand behind our work. All labor is warranted for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in processing warranty claims when applicable.
Our warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tru Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Claims related to property damage or personal injury will be handled in accordance with our insurance policies.

When required by local regulations, electrical permits must be obtained before work begins. We can assist with obtaining permits, and associated costs will be included in the service estimate. All work will be performed to meet or exceed local electrical codes and is subject to inspection by local authorities when required.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tru Electric or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tru Electric, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
